Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all activities organized by NOvA and the Pink Elephant Institute, including weekly classes, memberships, drop-in sessions, retreats, and yoga teacher training courses.

2. Registration and Payments

  • Weekly classes: can be attended with a monthly membership or on a drop-in basis. Payment must be made in advance.

  • Teacher Training: enrollment is confirmed only after payment of a non-refundable €200 registration fee. The full annual tuition fee, which may be paid in installments, remains due in its entirety even if the participant withdraws before completion.

  • Retreats and workshops: participation is confirmed upon payment of the required fee. Specific refund policies (if any) will be indicated in the description of each event.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Fees paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified for a particular event or course.

  • In exceptional circumstances (such as serious health issues or other justified cases), management may, at its sole discretion, consider individual exceptions.

4. Responsibility

Participation is voluntary and under the full responsibility of each participant. Any relevant medical conditions must be communicated in advance. The organizers decline all liability for physical, material, or moral damages arising from participation.

5. Changes

NOvA and the Pink Elephant Institute reserve the right to modify dates, schedules, and programs in case of organizational needs or force majeure. Any changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.

6. Acceptance

By enrolling in any activity, the participant acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
